This darling Santa was handmade by me the seller using a Fiddlycat Creations pattern that I simply love.
It looks as though Santa is taking a break from his workshop to have a little refreshment!
He is in a more casual state of attire with his short taylored britches and short sleeved flannel shirt.
I found Santa's little jug of "Christmas cheer" on one of my antiquing trips in the area.
This is a round head doll. His face has been freehand drawn with artist pencils, and he has a needle felted sheeps wool beard and hair.
His red cap and britches are of wool. His pants are actually from an old army blanket.
Santa measures about 18 1/2 inches tall.
He will come signed and dated. Note: spots on the doll in the pictures are just shadows from a tree. Sorry.
